At the Meadows restaurant we are passionate about our food, Head Chef Dennis Andrews & his team are dedicated to prodcuing excellent quaulity meals from well sourced local suppliers. The menu's change every 3 months allowing the best seasonally rich ingredients to be used. Dinner should be a relaxed experience for all the family & children are most welcome.
Where ever possible all our ingredients are sourced with in a 60 mile radius of the hotel, all are GM free, organic & all our meats are Welsh & traceable to source, with our Dark meats hanging for 28 days to mature.
No dress code jsut simple good local produce, put together by a team passionate about what they do for you to enjoy.
