- Prices are based on double occupancy for 2 people & includes full use of the spa leisure suite (except sun-bed), free Wi-Fi, full Breakfast menu, parking & all taxes.

- Hotel residents on a B&B tarriff wishing to dine with us can benifit from the DB&B tarriff by booking a table with the front desk before 4pm on that day. Otherwise the published menu price is charged.

- Rooms are available for arrivals from 3.00pm and are to be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
- A reservation constitutes a contract between the hotel and guest and the guest is liable for 100% of the total value of the reservation if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival or early departure.
- Heywood Mount Hotel is a non-smoking hotel and as such any person found smoking within their bedroom will be charged £250.00 cleaning fee.
