At the Meadows restaurant we are passionate about food, Head Chef & hotel proprietor Dennis Andrews & his team are dedicated to producing excellent quality meals from seasonal well sourced local suppliers & ingredients.
The menu changes every 3 months and illustrates our aim, seasonality, so where ever possible all our ingredients are GM free, Organic & all our meats are traceable to source from Welsh farms. Our Beef is hung for a minimum of 28 days to mature & is Welsh.
Dinner should be a relaxing & enjoyable experience for all the family, children are actively encouraged to dine with us, no dress code just good local produce put together for your enjoyment.
Dinner is served from 6.30 pm with last orders at 9pm daily. Please note the restauarnt is open to both residents & non -residents.
